Are you a compassionate, caring individual looking to make a meaningful difference at one of the most important times in someone's life?

\n

We are looking for dedicated Community End of Life Care Assistants to provide compassionate, person-centred care to individuals wishing to remain in the comfort of their own homes during the final stages of life.

\n

Whether you are an experienced care professional or have transferable care experience, we would love to hear from you. Previous care experience is preferred but not essential, as specialised end of life care training will be provided to equip you with the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed for this rewarding role.

\n

About the Role

\n

As a Community End of Life Care Assistant, you will support individuals and their families by delivering high-quality, compassionate care in their own homes. You will work as part of a supportive team dedicated to ensuring every person receives dignified, respectful, and personalised care.

\n

You must be happy to travel across all areas we cover (Swindon and the local area).

\n

  • \n
  • Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any changes in wellbeing
  • \n
\n

Exceptional Training Provided

\n

We understand that end of life care requires a unique set of skills and compassion.

\n

Every successful applicant will receive comprehensive training, including:

  • Palliative Care Principles
  • \n

  • \n
  • Communication with Families
