About our Nursery
Busy Bees Bicester, rated Good by Ofsted, accommodates 108 children and features a longstanding team dedicated to delivering excellent childcare and preparing children for their futures. We utilize the local church for nursery events, fostering community connections and engagement. Located in a friendly area surrounded by local shops and a primary school, our nursery is also close to a lovely nature reserve, enhancing outdoor learning experiences. With local bus stops within walking distance and just a 10-minute walk to the nearest train station, we ensure easy access for families. Role Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
Take on the role of Key Person, fostering b partnerships with children and their families.
Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
Required Qualifications: What Were Looking For: Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
Experience working with children under 5.
Empathy and understanding each child is unique.
