German language skills are preferred, but not essential.Qualified Early Years Educator Job Specification Full-time, permanent positionBased across South East & East LondonLevel 3 Early Years qualification is essentialExperience working within a nursery setting is essentialGerman speaking is preferred, but not essentialSound knowledge of the EYFS FrameworkPassionate about supporting children's learning and developmentExcellent communication and teamwork skillsQualified Early Years Educator The Role As a Qualified Early Years Educator, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality care and education while supporting children's learning through engaging, play-based activities.Your responsibilities will include:Planning and delivering stimulating activities in line with the EYFS FrameworkSupporting children aged 05 with their learning and developmentEncouraging communication in both English and German where appropriateBuilding strong relationships with children, parents and colleaguesMonitoring children's progress and contributing to learning journalsPromoting a safe, inclusive and nurturing environmentFollowing safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all timesThe Ideal Candidate The successful Qualified Early Years Educator will:Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)Have essential experience working within a nursery settingBe passionate about Early Years educationBe warm, caring and proactiveBe an excellent communicator and team playerSpeak German (preferred, but not essential)Be committed to providing outstanding care and educationWhy Apply Through Ribbons & Reeves?
