Our client a well establish organisation specialising within the Energy, Engineering and Oil & Gas sector are actively looking to hire a Logisitics & Material Lead to be based from their site in Barrow-In-Furness, Cumbria.

Duration: 2 YEAR CONTRACT
Day Rates: Competitive Day Rates - Inside IR35
Hybrid Working: 3 to 4 Days onsite.
Job Responsibilities:
Purpose Statement The job holder will act as the interface between the business and contracted logistics service providers, ensuring that the business' logistics needs are met in a safe and cost-effective manner managing the delivery of logistics services (helicopters, marine, shore based) and inventory management activities overseeing the relevant onsite contractor personnel (warehouse and quayside).
The Job holder will be responsible for the management and maintenance of material movements working closely with the business to ensure correct processing of material movements and returns.
