Sous Chef

Interaction Recruitment are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to work for a prestigious client over the coming weeks starting Tuesday 16th September.

Pay : £17-19 per hour PAYE depending on experience

Hours : 5 / 7 days per week usually 10 : 00 / 11 : 00 start and finishing around 23 : 00

Requirements :

driver with access to a reliable vehicle mandatory

experience as a CDP / Chef De Partie / Sous Chef / Senior Sous / Head Chef mandatory

positive, punctual, presentable, professional Chef mandatory

food hygiene or food safety L2 or higher mandatory

Chef whites, Chef knives, Chef trousers, Chef Crocs or safety shoes mandatory

ability to start immediately with no time constraints mandatory

food allergens certificate ideal

hotel / restaurant / pub / a la carte / michelin star / rosette experience ideal

enhanced dbs ideal
