Working as part of a close-knit marketing team, you\ll help shape brand plans, deliver innovation, manage campaigns and collaborate with colleagues across Sales, Category, Operations and external agency partners to ensure every activation lands brilliantly. You\ll have the opportunity to get involved in every stage of the brand journey, from identifying consumer trends and developing new product ideas through to launching campaigns, analysing performance and presenting recommendations to stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: * Supporting the development and delivery of long-term brand strategies * Managing innovation projects from concept through to launch * Delivering integrated marketing campaigns across consumer, shopper and trade channels * Using consumer and market insight to identify opportunities for growth * Monitoring brand performance and making recommendations to improve results * Working closely with Sales, Category and external agencies to deliver marketing plans * Supporting portfolio, pricing and promotional activity * Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and retail partners We\re looking for someone who\s curious, commercially aware and eager to learn. Someone who enjoys working at pace, takes ownership of their projects and wants to build a long-term career within FMCG marketing.
