Job description
Hours Per Week : 37.5 hours per week Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Work Base: Office based with regular travel We are looking for a Tenancy Sustainment Worker to join our Housing Support service in Cambridge City and South Cambridgeshire.

This role involves helping people to find appropriate accommodation solutions in our mission to prevent homelessness.

You will provide housing related support and advice to people to assist them with maintaining their tenancy and prevent evections.

As a Tenancy Sustainment Worker, you will visit people in their home and within community settings to help them to understand their options and navigate the services and support available to them.

We are seeking passionate individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and dynamic, solutions focused and have a keen interest in supporting people to improve their lives.

Experience is a bonus, but not essential as full training will be provided.

The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
