The Role\n
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide tailored support to pupils with a range of special educational needs, helping them to access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential within a nurturing school environment.

This role may involve supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis, in small groups, or within the classroom, depending on individual needs.
Key Responsibilities\n
\n - Providing tailored support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
\n - Supporting learning activities both inside and outside the classroom
\n - Assisting pupils with communication, social skills, and emotional regulation
\n - Encouraging independence and engagement in learning
\n - Working closely with teachers, the SENCo, and other support staff
\n - Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment
\n - Supporting personal care where required
\n

The Ideal Candidate\n
We are looking for someone who:

\n - Has experience working with children or young people, ideally within an SEN setting
\n - Is patient, nurturing, and resilient
\n - Has a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
\n - Can build positive and trusting relationships
\n - Is adaptable and proactive in their approach
\n - Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
\n - Holds relevant Teaching Assistant or SEND qualifications (desirable but not essential)
