Rare opportunity for a Technical Business Support Officer to join an organisation who genuinely care about it's people in Oxford. The position of Technical Business Support Officer in Oxford will provide essential operational, technical and basic financial assistance to property maintenance teams. You will manage technical and financial data, coordinate with contractors, and ensure that all maintenance activities align with health and safety regulations while leveraging property management software to improve service delivery. Additional duties include: * Systems Management: Administer property management systems to track reactive and planned maintenance where required. * Document Control & Information Management: Managing the input and progression of digital project information, including technical drawings, RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements), and contracts. * Compliance Oversight: Monitor and record statutory testing, including Fire Safety, Gas and Electrical (EICR) ce...
