Employees are genuinely valued, given the autonomy to succeed and benefit from an excellent work-life balance, resulting in exceptional staff retention and genuine opportunities for long-term career progression.Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects across Oxfordshire.Contracts Manager The Role As Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of 2-3 live projects at any one time, ensuring they are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.Projects will include commercial refurbishments, fit-outs and specialist laboratory developments, requiring close collaboration with clients, consultants and site teams throughout each stage of delivery.Contracts Manager Responsibilities Managing 2-3 refurbishment, fit-out and laboratory projects simultaneously.Leading and supporting Site Managers and project delivery teams.Monitoring project programmes, budgets and overall performance.Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.Managing client relationships and attending regular progress meetings.Coordinating with consultants, architects and design teams.Overseeing subcontractor performance and programme delivery.Promoting and maintaining exceptional Health & Safety standards across all projects.Providing regular progress updates to the senior management team.Contracts Manager About You Previous experience working as a Contracts Manager within a main contractor environment.Proven experience delivering commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects.Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.Excellent client-facing ability with a collaborative approach.SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.Experience delivering laboratories, life science facilities, cleanrooms, healthcare environments or other technically complex projects would be advantageous, although not essential.Contracts Manager What's on Offer Circa £70,000 salary plus package.Opportunity to deliver cutting-edge laboratory developments alongside commercial and industrial projects.Secure pipeline of interesting and technically challenging work.Supportive, collaborative and friendly working environment.Genuine opportunities for long-term career progression. xwwtmva Excellent work-life balance with a business that truly values its people.If you're an experienced Contracts Manager looking to join a respected regional contractor with an exciting and varied project portfolioincluding cutting-edge laboratory developmentswe'd love to hear from you.Please click the apply button or contact Alex at One Way for a confidential discussion on
