About the Role The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day management of the school site, ensuring that all buildings, grounds, and facilities are maintained to the highest standards and remain fully compliant with statutory and health and safety requirements. Working closely with the School Business Manager and Senior Leadership Team, you will oversee maintenance operations, contractor management, site security, compliance checks, planned improvement projects, and the coordination of facilities services across the school. This is a varied leadership role requiring excellent organisational skills, practical problem-solving ability, and experience managing a busy educational or commercial site.
