A successful Outstanding secondary academy in Sheffield is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Manager to join its pastoral team on a full-time, permanent basis starting ASAP. You'll work across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5, supporting students to overcome barriers to learning while contributing to a calm, inclusive school environment. The Role Working closely with senior leaders and Heads of Year, you'll provide targeted support for students and help maintain the academy's high expectations for behaviour and attendance. Key responsibilities include: Delivering behaviour interventions for students requiring additional support Supporting restorative practice and student reintegration Monitoring behaviour, attendance, and punctuality Working collaboratively with safeguarding, SEND, and pastoral teams Liaising with parents, carers, and external agencies Maintaining accurate behaviour records and preparing reports where required About the School This 11–18 mixed academy has been recognised for its strong leadership, ambitious curriculum, and excellent pastoral provision. Staff work together to create a positive learning culture where students are encouraged to develop confidence, resilience, and respect for others.
