* Previous experience in an Operations Lead or similar management role, ideally in the logistics sector
* Proven experience leading and motivating teams
* Strong organisational and shift planning skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Experience monitoring KPIs and operational performance
* Confident using Microsoft Office and operational reporting tools
* Reliable, proactive, and results-driven
* Flexible to work weekends and travel between offices in South and North LondonRole for Operations Lead:
* Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and service quality
* Lead and motivate the team to meet performance targets and KPIs
* Coordinate shift planning and resource allocation across London locations
