We are currently seeking a Graduate Service Team Leader to join our dedicated team at the Woodford branch. If you are passionate about developing staff and providing excellent customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

The Team Leader Role

As a Team Leader, you will support the branches’ operations and organise the driving team. Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and organising routes for your drivers.
• Organising the fleet of vehicles we have.
• Managing a certain number of drivers within the branch.
• Dealing with customer complaints and queries.
• Identifying ways to improve the quality and efficiency of customer service.
• Providing support and development for colleagues in the branch.
• Keep relevant documentation up to date including vehicle information.
• On occasions you may need to cover driving routes when required.

Requirements

• A minimum 2.2 degree in BSc/BA in any subject (Business related, transport, logistics, supply chain or management disciplines preferred but not necessary).
• A full, manual UK driving licence, with less than 6 points.
• Target-driven, ambitious and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working out in the field dealing with customers face-to-face.
• Want to work with people and provide excellent customer service.
• A desire to work hard and have fun.
