The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a team of 7 Quantity Surveyors who work across an impressive range of education-based projects including academies, universities, and schools.
The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will undertake a client facing role, helping to deliver projects from inception to completion, as well as preparing bids and writing up project strategy for existing clients.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
Cost planning experience
Preferably from a PQS/Consultancy background
Education project experience would be beneficial, but not essential
Comfortable delivering projects independently
Driving licence and car
