- flat rateWe are currently looking for an ongoing Class 1 driver for one of our clients based out of Mintlaw Peterhead.This is a straightforward tanker role transporting wastewater between company premises across the Northeast of Scotland.
No ADR requiredThe RoleDay shift position, typically 06:00 18:00Some shorter shifts are available depending on operational requirementsOpportunity for night shifts in the future for those interestedTransporting wastewater between production sitesPlenty of driving with periods of downtime while tankers are loaded and unloadedDuring longer waiting periods, you may occasionally be asked to drive the company's shuttle bus for production staffWhat We're Looking ForValid Class 1 (Category CE) licenceValid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph CardGood understanding of drivers' hours and road transport legislationSafe, reliable and professional approach to workFlexible attitude to working hoursWhat's on OfferRegular long-hour day shifts with consistent workNo ADR qualification xwwtmva requiredSimple shuttle work between company sitesRelaxed working environment with downtime during shiftsOpportunity for additional night shift work as the operation growsCompetitive pay (dependent on experience)If you're an experienced Class 1 driver looking for a steady role with regular hours and straightforward work, we'd love to hear from you.
