Location: Liverpool, UK
Rate: £19.50 per hour (PAYE Umbrella)
Contract: Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
Hours: 39 Hours Per Week
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 08:30 - 16:30
Friday: 08:00 - 15:30
Full UK Driving Licence Required
The Opportunity
Our client, a leading contractor within the Social Housing sector, is seeking an experienced Joiner to join their responsive maintenance team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking to secure a long-term position with a well-established organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out window repairs and maintenance
Installing, repairing, and maintaining all aspects of fencing
Repairing and replacing fascias and soffits as required
Completing a variety of day-to-day joinery repairs and maintenance works
Working within both occupied and void social housing properties
Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
Providing excellent customer service when interacting with tenants and residents
Working outdoors and within all weather conditions
Essential Requirements
NVQ Level 2 in Joinery (essential)
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
Previous experience working within the Social Housing sector
Proven experience in: Window maintenance and repairs
All aspects of fencing
Fascias and soffits
General domestic joinery repairs and maintenance
Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
Strong understanding of health and safety practices
