Fieldmotion is a field service management software company based in Newry, helping trades and service businesses across the UK and Ireland run their operations without the paperwork. Our platform is used by engineers and service teams who need job scheduling, mobile forms, and asset tracking that actually works in the field, not just in an office. We're a growing team that values people who take ownership of their work and aren't afraid to pick up the phone, send the message, or start the conversation that leads somewhere. The role: We're looking for someone to own social selling on LinkedIn for Fieldmotion. This is a relationship-first role. You'll be building connections with people at trades and service businesses across the UK and Ireland, starting conversations, and turning those conversations into qualified leads for our sales team. This isn't a content or brand awareness role. Your job is outreach: finding the right people, reaching out to them in a way that gets a response, and nurturing those relationships until they're ready to talk to sales. What you'll be doing: Identifying and connecting with prospects on LinkedIn who match our ideal customer profile (business owners and operations leads at trades and field service companies with 530 engineers) Writing and sending personalised connection requests and follow-up messages that get replies, not silence Managing an ongoing pipeline of LinkedIn conversations, tracking who you've spoken to and where each one stands Qualifying interest and handing warm conversations over to the sales team at the right moment Engaging with prospects' posts and activity to stay visible and build familiarity before you ever ask for anything Keeping accurate records of outreach and results in our CRM (HubSpot) Working with the sales team to refine messaging and targeting based on what's actually converting Using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build and refine prospect lists What we're looking for: Experience with LinkedIn outreach, social selling, or a similar lead generation role Strong written communication skills ; you know how to write a message that sounds like a person, not a template Comfortable managing a high volume of conversations without losing track of any of them Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight Some understanding of B2B sales processes and what makes a lead "qualified" Desirable: Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator Familiarity with HubSpot or a similar CRM Background in or exposure to the trades, field service, or SaaS sectors Experience working in a small or scaling company What's on offer: The chance to shape a role that's central to how we generate pipeline A supportive, close-knit team where your work has a direct, visible impact Skills: linkedin Social Media Marketing Sales prospecting Project Management outreach qualifying Benefits: Parking
