My client is a well-established firm looking for an experienced Family Paralegal to their office in Cambridge. This role is ideal for a candidate with previous experience in Private Family Law, supporting solicitors on a broad range of matters including divorce, financial settlements, and children-related cases. Key Responsibilities: * Providing day-to-day support to fee earners within the Family department. * Meeting clients face-to-face and communicating with them via telephone and email. * Preparing and updating court and trial bundles. * Drafting and preparing a range of legal documents. * Preparing standard client correspondence using firm templates. * Managing your own diary, appointments and daily workflow. * Carrying out general file administration and maintaining accurate records. * Liaising with clients, barristers, courts and other third parties by telephone, email and in person. The successful candidate will: * A minimum of 1 2 years experience working within Family Law is essential. * Previous experience handling Private Family matters. * Experience using a legal case management system. * Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, digital dictation software and case management systems. * Excellent organisational, communication and client care skills. * Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively within a busy legal environment. What\s on Offer: * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:30pm (full-time office-based). * Salary: £25,000 £27,000, depending on experience. * 25 days\ annual leave plus bank holidays. * Workplace pension.
