As a *Reception Supervisor*, you’ll support the Reception Manager in leading the front office team, ensuring that every guest receives an exceptional welcome and a seamless experience throughout their stay. *What You’ll Do* You’ll be responsible for: * Supervising the day-to-day front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs. * Providing hands-on support during busy periods while leading by example. * Coaching and mentoring the reception team to deliver consistent, high-quality service. * Handling escalated guest queries or concerns promptly and professionally. * Coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and operations. * Managing shift handovers, guest billing, and accurate financial reporting. * Maintaining a well-presented, efficient, and welcoming front-of-house environment. * Upholding compliance with hotel policies and health & safety standards. *What We’re Looking For* We’re looking for an approachable, guest-focused leader with a flair for organisation and an eye for detail.
