Our client is looking for a Hire Desk Coordinator to join their growing team.
If you're highly organised, thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy balancing administration with customer service, this could be the ideal opportunity. You'll play a key role in ensuring equipment hire requests are managed efficiently from enquiry through to collection and return, while working closely with multiple departments to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
The Role
As the central point of contact for all hire enquiries, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of the hire desk, ensuring bookings are processed accurately and equipment is available when customers need it.
