Job Description
We are currently looking for a uPVC Compounder to join our manufacturing team.

This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for preparing and mixing high-quality uPVC compounds in line with production schedules and specifications.Working closely with the Technical and Production teams, you will play a key role in ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency across the compounding process.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately weigh and blend raw materials including PVC resin, stabilisers, fillers, and pigments in line with approved formulationsOperate and monitor mixers, blenders, and extrusion equipmentCarry out in-process quality checks (e.g.
melt flow, colour, density) and make necessary adjustmentsMaintain accurate records of batch formulations, material usage, and outputsSupport manufacturing teams by responding to operational queriesHelp standardise and document compounding processesMonitor stock levels of raw materials and report any shortagesEnsure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standardsKeep the work area clean, organised, and contamination-freeShifts:Week 1 Days – Monday to Thursday
- 07:00 to 19:00Week 2 Nights – Monday to Wednesday
