ASD TA Opportunity - Basingstoke

Pay: £85-£105 per day
A welcoming and inclusive school in Basingstoke is looking to recruit a dedicated ASD TA to join their team as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils with autism, helping them develop academically, socially, and emotionally within a positive learning environment.
As an ASD TA, you will work closely with teachers and the SENCO to provide tailored support that enables pupils to engage confidently in lessons and reach their individual potential. This rewarding role offers the chance to make a lasting difference while building valuable experience in a supportive school.
Key Responsibilities
Adapt learning activities to meet the individual needs of pupils with autism
Use positive behaviour management strategies to encourage engagement and progress
Work collaboratively with teachers and the SENCO in your role as an ASD TA
Promote confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing

Candidate Requirements
Previous experience supporting children with SEND is desirable but not essential
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting children with autism
