Job description

Early Careers Administrator Location – Within commutable distance of Edinburgh, Warrington or Newcastle What you will be doing: As part of our HR team, you will support our Early Careers strategy by coordinating attraction, engagement and recruitment activities that help bring future talent into Galliford Try. Working closely with the Early Careers Manager and Early Careers Partner, you will support relationships with schools, colleges and universities, maintain talent pipelines, and ensure the smooth delivery of Early Careers initiatives while championing our values and employer brand. * Manage Early Careers vacancy advertising across job boards and recruitment channels. * Screen applications, shortlist candidates and coordinate progression through recruitment stages, including interviews and feedback. * Provide a positive candidate experience by managing communications, responding to queries and maintaining engagement throughout the process. * Support the delivery of careers fairs, employability events, Open Doors and engagement activities with schools, colleges and universities. * Monitor Early Careers initiatives, placements and talent pipelines, providing updates and insights where required. * Maintain accurate recruitment and programme records, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality and GDPR compliance. * Support continuous improvement across the Early Careers function and contribute to wider HR initiatives aligned with company values. * Promote an inclusive, customer-focused approach and support equal opportunities across Galliford Try.
