Applications without current, active SC Clearance cannot be considered.We have an urgent requirement for a Freelance Site Manager working for one of the UK's leading Offsite and Modular Build construction specialists.
This is a great opportunity to work on a high-profile MOD projectnear Reading, Berkshire.You will join a company with an outstanding reputation for delivering on complex, technically demanding projects, and this assignment is no different.
If you hold active SC Clearance and have a solid modular or offsite construction background, we want to hear from you.Site Manager duties:On-site management and delivery of modular construction works at AWE AldermastonCoordinating subcontractors, trades and site logisticsEnforcing site H&S standards in line with MOD site requirementsReporting to the Project Manager and maintaining programmeSite Manager experience required:Active SC Level Security Clearance non-negotiableProven Site Manager experience in modular, offsite or constructionSMSTS, xwwtmva First Aid and CSCS (Gold Card minimum)Experience working on secure, restricted access or MOD sites is a strong advantageA calm, professional approach this site demands itThis role is red hot, we are looking at a start on Monday 20th August.
