Senior Physiotherapist Ross Hall Hospital, Glasgow 37.5 hours per week, permanent role. Salary: Up to £46,250.00 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification) Overview Opportunity to join the Physiotherapy department at Ross Hall Hospital, an independent provider of healthcare. Based in the Inpatients Ward working primarily with post-surgical patients. Previous experience of orthopaedic and ward-based rehabilitation is essential. Full time role covering a flexible shift pattern. Duties * Independently assess and treat patients with more complex needs across inpatient or outpatient settings. * Develop individualised treatment plans using a variety of physiotherapy techniques to optimise recovery, function, and independence. * Manage a designated caseload efficiently, prioritising based on clinical urgency and discharge planning needs. * Act as a point of contact for junior physiotherapists, therapy assistants, and students, offering guidance and informal supervision. * Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical records in line with HCPC, CSP, and local policy. * Participate in audits, service evaluations, and quality improvement projects. Qualifications & Experience * HCPC-registered Physiotherapist. * Solid post-registration experience across a range of clinical areas. * Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills. * Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal abilities. * Commitment to team working and service improvement.
