Person SpecificationEssential- Current NMC registration
- Evidence of degree level study or equivalent experience
- Evidence of teaching in a clinical environment
- Minimum of 3 years post registration experience to include 1 year of management / leadership experience
- Effective Leadership skills
Desirable- Post graduate professional development qualification in Lung cancer related course ENB 998/Mentorship or in process of completing
- Knowledge of Cancer standards
- Experience of breaking bad news
- Clinical background within cardiothoracic surgery, oncology or respiratory care
Desirable- Experience leading service development or pathway redesign
