Job Description
This Mechanical Maintenance Engineer role is working with one of the UK's leading manufacturing organisations and offers a fantastic salary of £55,000 plus a performance bonus, excellent industry benefits including pension match to 10% and fantastic overtime opportunities.Based near the area of Whittlesey, the role is 4 on 4 off days and nights, however, currently the nights are from 10am to 10pm to support with the current production needs of the site.

- 6pm.The successful Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will benefit from:A base salary of up to £55K per annumFantastic performance bonus (averaging £22 every shift)4 on 4 off (current hours are 6am-6pm / 10am-10pm nights)Company pension matched up to 10%28 days holidayOvertime also available at a minimum of x1.5, x2 taking on target earnings to well over £60KWorking as part of a small team of Engineers providing support and developmentKey Responsibilities of Mechanical Maintenance EngineerTo carry out essential planned mechanical maintenance and complete necessary repairs to keep the factory in good working orderCarry out Planned Preventative Maintenance, Inspections, Service and Repairs on heavy press machinery, bearings, shafts, conveyor-based systems etcInvolvement in on-going process improvement throughout the factory, developing new ideas and better solutionsQualifications xwwtmva & Experience:Applicants must have demonstrable knowledge & expertise in PPM and reactive maintenance on industrial plant equipmentExperience with performing maintenance tasks on industrial production machineryHigh degree of Health & Safety awarenessIn return, you will be offered a truly exciting, hands-on role within a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing business, providing opportunities to develop your skill sets and progress your career
