At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Food Production Operative Nights to work with a leading company in the food manufacturing sector in Boston. You will play a key role in maintaining production standards and ensuring the quality of our products in a fast-paced environment.
Shift patterns:
* Night shift 18:00 - 02:00, start times may vary
* Flexibility to work 8 to 10 hour shifts
Pay rates:
* 13.85 GBP hourly
Must-have requirements for Food Production Operative Nights:
* Very basic English level
* Ability to get to work and back home by own means
* Ready to work 8 to 10 hour shifts
Desirable requirements for Food Production Operative Nights:
* Positive attitude towards work
* Ability to follow rules
* Punctual
* Able to write in English

* Weighing products and using scales accurately
* Stacking boxes, labelling, and packing products
* Assessing product quality in line with customer specifications
* Ensuring all food and waste is disposed of safely and recycling wherever possible
* Promoting safe working practices and operating a clean as you go policy
