Family Solicitor – 5+ Years PQE
Location: Nantwich
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Job Role
- Divorce and separation
- Financial remedy proceedings
- Private Children Act matters
- Cohabitation disputes
- Separation agreements
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- Deliver practical, sensitive, and commercially focused legal advice.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional client care.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm to provide a seamless service.
- Support business development initiatives, networking, and the growth of the department.
- Assist with mentoring and supporting junior members of the team where appropriate.
- Maintain high standards of compliance, file management, and professional conduct.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 5+ years' PQE in Family Law.
- Strong experience managing a broad privately funded family law caseload independently.
- Excellent technical knowledge across divorce, financial remedies, and private children matters.
- Outstanding communication and client care skills.
- Commercially minded with an interest in business development and networking.
- Organised, empathetic, and able to manage sensitive matters with professionalism.
- A collaborative team player with ambitions to progress within a growing department.
