- £40,000negBenefits: Comprehensive benefits packageThe role of Estimator Specialist Joinery & Woodworking will involve:Estimator position dealing with a high end range of bespoke furniture & joinery projects for residential sectors (desks, panelling , furniture, cabinets, surfaces etc.)Managing projects from initial enquiry through to final quotation, ensuring accurate and commercially viable pricingReviewing drawings, specifications and tender documents to identify scope, materials, quantities and project requirementsProducing detailed take-offs, BOQs and quotations within required deadlinesEstimating material, labour, manufacturing and installation costsLiaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain costs for specialist materials and outsourced requirementsWorking closely with designers, architects, clients and production teams throughout the estimating processProviding technical support, answering client queries and maintaining strong relationshipsSupporting project handovers and monitoring costs through to completionThe ideal applicant will be an Estimator Specialist Joinery & Woodworking withMust have Estimating experience within the joinery, bespoke interior products, furniture market or closely related sectorsGreat technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costsHighly organised with good attention to detailExcellent communication skills both written and verbalComputer literate (Microsoft Office)Ability to xwwtmva work in a fast paced environmentGood team player who also works well individuallyMitchell Maguire is a specialist Construction Recruitment Consultancy, dealing exclusively with Construction Jobs, Construction vacancies and Specification positions within: Estimator, Estimating, Estimates, Contractors, Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Joinery, Cabinets, Furniture, Desks, Surfaces, Units, Counters, Fit-out, Interiors, Bespoke Joinery, Woodwork, Machinery, Fabrication, Commercial, Refurbishment, Retail Fit-Out, Shop Fit-Out, D&B, Manufacture, Contractors
