An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Swim Academy Manager to oversee a well-established learn-to-swim programme across two fantastic leisure facilities.
This role is ideal for a passionate aquatics professional who enjoys leading people, maintaining exceptional teaching standards, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the swim academy while supporting its continued growth and commercial success.
The Role
As Swim Academy Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the swim programme across multiple sites, ensuring lessons are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest possible standards.
Working closely with a large team of swimming instructors, you'll provide leadership, coaching, and ongoing support, creating a positive environment where both colleagues and swimmers can thrive. You'll also play a key role in driving the commercial performance of the swim school by increasing participation, maximising lesson occupancy, improving customer retention, and growing revenue.

To be successful in this role, you'll have previous experience leading a swim school or aquatic programme and be confident managing both people and performance. You'll be a commercially minded leader who understands how to balance operational excellence with business growth.
