Are you an experienced Deputy Manager looking for the next step in your career?
We are recruiting for a Deputy Manager to join a well-established children's residential provider in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ready to take on greater responsibility, develop their leadership skills and work towards becoming a Registered Manager in the near future.
You'll join an organisation with a strong operational structure, experienced senior leaders and a genuine commitment to developing talented individuals from within.
The Role
Working closely alongside the Registered Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring children and young people receive outstanding care in a safe, nurturing and supportive environment.
You will help lead and inspire the staff team, oversee compliance, promote high standards of safeguarding and quality, and contribute towards achieving positive outcomes for every young person in your care.
This role offers increasing responsibility, with the opportunity to step into a Registered Manager position as the organisation continues to grow.
