Mortgage Advisor | Whole of Market Master Broker | Wigan £35,000 £40,000 | Permanent | Full-TimeALF Recruit Financial Services are working with a growing and well-regarded whole of market master broker based in Wigan is looking for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join their team.This isnt a volume role, and it isnt a cold-calling role either.

Day-to-day, that means:Advising clients throughout the mortgage process from fact-find to offerBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients, lenders, and introducersKeeping across products and criteria across the whole of marketEnsuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met consistently, not just when its convenientWorking towards individual and team targets without cutting corners on serviceWhat Theyre Looking ForProven experience as a Mortgage Advisor CeMAP qualified (essential)A track record in sales, not just processingStrong communication skills and the ability to build trust quicklySelf-motivated and comfortable managing a busy caseload independentlyBuy to Let experience is a definite advantageSomeone who takes compliance seriously and doesnt need chasing on itThis vacancy is being handled by ALF Recruit. xwwtmva
