- RotherhamJOB PURPOSETo ensure Production Machinery is maintained & repaired to a high standard to enable maximum production speeds with minimum interruptions and breakdowns.To ensure Maintenance & Service records are maintainedTo devise, fabricate, and install, improvements to Production Machines.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESCarry out planned maintenance on plant & equipment to a high standardCarry out planned tool changes on the production machineryRespond to breakdowns on Production machinesInstall and relocate production equipmentComplete maintenance recordsRead Electrical & Mechanical DrawingsCarry out Electrical Fault FindingCarry out Mechanical Fault findingCarry out Pneumatic Fault FindingRecord work carried out on SAP and handover to other shiftsPut in spare parts requests to the engineering managerLiaise with Contractors if requiredLiaise with other departments such as quality and productionHealth & Safety.
