- Kingston On Thames£37,000 basic | £45,000£50,000 OTE | Full-time | Permanent | No SundaysIf youre passionate about delivering outstanding service, driving team performance and creating a great customer experience, we want to hear from you!About the roleThe Branch Manager will be responsible for all operations and staff management at one of our automotive tyre centres.
This will involve (But not limited to):Ensuring branch budget is achievedLine management of reporting staffDealing with customer enquires in person, over the phone and onlineEnsuring branch targets are communicated and achievedMonitoring and managing stock levelsHands-on workshop role if and when requiredInterview, induct and engage all new staffWorking hours:MonFri: 08:00 18:00Sat: 08:30 17:00One weekday off (3 weeks out of 4)One full Saturday off every fourth weekNo SundaysEssential SkillsThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:A proven track-record in a fast-fit tyre centre environmentStrong knowledge of tyres and routine mechanical workThe ability to work closely with the branch team and lead by exampleStrong people management skillsClear and effective communication skillsThe energy to thrive and motivate in a target-driven environmentMaintain high standards of customer service across the branchEnsuring compliance with Company polices and proceduresMust have full UK driving licence.What Youll Receive:If you are successful, you can look forward to training opportunities, career progression and a range of benefits you would expect from an employer of choice, including:Weekly, xwwtmva achievable commission schemeFurther performance and standards related bonusesPrivate medical insurance (50%-50% contribution agreement)Company car or car allowanceCompany pension scheme20 days annual leave in addition to Bank Holidays, increasing to 25 days over a period of timeUniform providedStaff and family discountsRefer a Friend SchemeStructured trainingDriving Lesson Assistance Scheme offering financial help with driving lessonsBasic salary: £37,000 per annumOTE Salary: £45,000
