Our permanent hybrid policy sees us all working at least four days across a fortnight in the office. As well as extensive opportunities for personal and career development.

Purpose of the role:

As a project manager in Redress, you’ll use your extensive project and change management skills to safely deliver complex and high risk changes across people, process and technology throughout our organisation. You’ll be responsible for working on behalf of senior leaders in the organisation to take projects from proposal through to full delivery of outcomes and enabling the realisation of benefits.

What You’ll Do:

  • Leading project planning, scheduling, controlling and reporting activities for strategic, high impact, high risk projects.

  • Planning and driving the delivery of projects in accordance with our frameworks and standards, whilst selecting appropriate delivery techniques and models based on the context of the project

  • Working with sponsors, finance, the PMO and other key stakeholders to develop, gain approval and monitor compelling business cases for your projects, taking swift action where costs, benefits or risk exceeds agreed tolerances

  • Monitoring time, cost, quality and resources used, taking proactive action where performance or quality deviates from agreed tolerances.

  • Ensuring accurate scoping of projects, and working with stakeholders to identify and secure the resources needed for successful delivery

  • Establishing cross-functional project teams and fostering a highly collaborative working environment

  • Making sure there is strong governance in place to enable timely decisions to be made and provide confidence that the project will deliver what’s needed

  • Identifying, planning and requesting any resources required for your projects in good time, ensuring that where constraints exist there is sufficient time to source additional resource or work through prioritisation processes.

Minimum Criteria

  • Demonstrable experience of delivering complex, high-risk projects across people, process and technology.

  • Extensive experience of applying project management disciplines in a pragmatic and flexible way, including detailed project planning, risk and issue management and maintaining business cases.

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.

  • Demonstrable experience of effectively managing third party suppliers and delivery partners to ensure contractual performance, quality outcomes and value for money.

  • Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, secure decisions and clear present complex information in a clear and simple way.

  • Experiencing managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.

  • A recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2, MSP, Agile PM, APM or equivalent alongside practical experience of applying these frameworks.

Why You'll Love Working With Us:

  • Flexibility: Hybrid or in-office

  • Wellbeing: Health plan, gym memberships, mental health support
