Although the role is based within secondary education, many learners are working around Year 5 and Year 6 expectations, requiring creative teaching and excellent differentiation skills.

About the Role

• Full-time position

• Teach English across small secondary classes
• Adapt learning for pupils working at KS2 level
• Create engaging and accessible lessons
• Support pupils with SEND to achieve their individual goals

Requirements

• QTS
• English teaching experience
• Understanding of SEND
• Ability to differentiate effectively
• Positive, patient and nurturing approach
• Comfortable working within a school with strong religious values

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
