Job description
We are currently recruiting for the position of General Sales Manager on behalf of a reputable dealership located in King's Lynn, Norfolk. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join a well-established business recognised for its outstanding reputation within the automotive industry. The role offers a competitive basic salary along with significant bonus potential and excellent career development prospects.Benefits:

Duties:
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise profitability
  • Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing coaching where necessary
  • Manage daily operations within the sales department to ensure smooth workflow
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or General Sales Manager within the motor trade
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong understanding of automotive sales processes and customer service excellence
  • Ability to motivate and develop a sales team to achieve targets
  • Results-driven with a clear focus on delivering exceeding sales and profit goals
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
