As a F&O Client Service Senior Associate within JPMorganChase, you will be a key player in our service center operations, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your role will involve addressing client inquiries, facilitating client trading strategies, and troubleshooting issues. You will apply in depth knowledge of our products and services to provide solutions and enhance client relationships. Your ability to plan and manage your work, coupled with your developing skills in strategic planning, digital literacy, and process automation, will be crucial in achieving operational objectives.

Our Client Service Representatives (CSRs) are self-starters with a proven track record of success, they are skilled problem solvers who offer effective support to our clients. As a CSR you would manage and maintain relationships with clients by earning trust, thoroughly understanding client setup workflow and trading needs, providing targeted support, developing thoughtful solutions and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Job responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service.

• Address client inquiries and troubleshoot issues.

• Facilitate client F&O trading strategies in efficient way, leveraging your knowledge of internal stakeholders, operational processes and SLAs.

• Participate in overall client relationship management process, partnering with internal teams e.g. Account Management, Technology, Operations and other teams.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience working with high profile clients, including institutional clients, asset managers and hedge funds.
• Dynamic and credible professional who communicates with clarity and has exceptional presentation skills.
• Ability to manage challenging conversations, maintaining the focus on positive outcomes and innovative solutions.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills and applies a disciplined and organized approach throughout their business.
• Proven track record of establishing productive working relationships with internal stakeholders driving mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Experience in improving operational efficiency and ability to drive change.
