This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Manager / Package Manager to lead the delivery of the external building envelope package on a flagship development.

Your Role as Construction Manager / Package Manager Will Include:
\n * Managing the delivery of the building envelope package, including cladding, façade, roofing and associated external works.
\n * Working closely alongside Project Managers to ensure successful package coordination and project delivery.
\n * Managing specialist subcontractors, driving programme and monitoring progress against key milestones.
\n * Reviewing technical drawings, specifications and installation methodologies.
\n * Leading quality inspections, snagging and handover activities.
As A Construction Manager / Package Manager You Will Have:
\n * Previous experience as a Construction Manager, Package Manager, Senior Site Manager, Façade Manager, Cladding Manager or Building Envelope Manager.
\n * Strong experience managing cladding, façade, roofing or external envelope packages on major construction projects.
\n * Main contractor experience delivering large-scale construction projects.
\n * Experience within data centres, industrial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, commercial or other technically complex construction environments.
\n *Excellent leadership, coordination and programme management skills..
