Individuals have complex medical needs and require a high level of personal care, including moving and handling support, with one individual requiring PEG feeding.The service is located in a peaceful rural setting, creating a rewarding working environment.

Due to limited public transport access, candidates must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.The RoleAs Assistant Service Manager, you will work closely with the Service Manager to help deliver a safe, empowering and high-quality service.
