AT A GLANCE Senior-level Full Stack role with a growing technology company React and Node.js core stack with cloud-native deployment on AWS Hybrid working with flexibility around in-office days Salary up to £75,000 depending on experience Work on products that have real user impact from day one ABOUT THE COMPANY Our client is an established and growing technology business building software products used by customers across multiple sectors. They have a strong engineering culture, a track record of shipping, and a team that genuinely values clean code and thoughtful architecture. They are at a stage where the decisions their engineers make today will shape the product for years to come. THE ROLE This is a hands-on Full Stack Developer role sitting within a collaborative product engineering team. You will be working across the full lifecycle, from feature design through to production deployment, contributing to both the React frontend and the Node.js backend services that power the platform. The team ships regularly, reviews each other's code seriously, and expects every engineer to own their work end to end. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design and build full stack features across React frontend and Node.js backend services Own your work from requirements through to deployment, monitoring, and iteration Contribute to architectural decisions and technical design discussions Write clean, tested, maintainable code and hold the same standard in code review Collaborate closely with product, design, and QA to deliver well-rounded features Participate in sprint ceremonies and help shape delivery planning Identify and address performance, reliability, or scalability concerns proactively WHAT YOU'LL NEED Essential 4+ years of commercial full stack development experience Strong React and TypeScript skills with a solid understanding of modern patterns Backend experience in Node.js, including REST API design Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB or similar) Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment (AWS preferred) Right to work in the UK or Republic of Ireland Nice to have Experience with GraphQL or WebSocket-based real-time systems Exposure to microservices architecture WHY APPLY?
