Financial Adviser Requirements Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent essential
Experience working as a Financial Adviser within a UK regulated environment essential
Proven ability to advise across core personal financial planning areas
Experience managing client relationships end to end
Office based advisory experience desirable

Financial Adviser Benefits Employed option with basic salary from £45,000 to £60,000 depending on experience
Salary times with bonus thereafter
Self employed option with 60 percent income retention on self generated business
40 percent income retention on provided leads and clients
Income smoothing available for self employed advisers
Hybrid working with expectation of office presence when not seeing clients
LocationYou should be based within a reasonable commuting distance of offices in Taunton, Barnstaple ideally within 20 miles.
