This is a full-time, year-round leadership position, ideal for an estates supervisor or senior building services professional with a proven track record of team coordination and safety management. The successful candidate will manage the caretaking team's shift cycles, coordinate external maintenance contractors, track utility consumption metrics, and execute a comprehensive planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedule. You will take direct accountability for keeping immaculate, legally compliant statutory testing logs—including water safety tests (Legionella prevention), fire door integrity audits, emergency lighting diagnostics, and physical site security checks. The premises department operates out of a dedicated facility workshop and benefits from modern asset management software and a supportive business management structure.
