About the role:
The Assistant Manager brings infectious enthusiasm and acts as a coach and inspiration for the team to achieve outstanding performance and a superior customer experience.The role requires high attention to detail, as you will manage key operational areas like rotas, appraisals, and stock.
This position is ideal for those who are adaptable, motivated, and inspirational, with excellent communication skills to effortlessly connect with stakeholders at all levels.Candidates should have a good foundation of leadership experience from retail or commercial sales, possess good commercial awareness with a play-to-win mentality, and care about delivering the best possible customer experience. This is a rewarding career path with fantastic opportunities and progression.
