Key Responsibilities:
Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher.
Deliver pre-planned lessons confidently and professionally.
Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
Support students in completing their work and achieving lesson objectives.
Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Provide clear feedback to teaching staff following each lesson.
