Our client is seeking either an Architectural Technologist or Architect to transition into a Project Management role so offers excellent progression.

They would also consider someone from more of a Building Surveying background.We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Architect who is ready to take a lead role in design and project management.

The successful candidate will drive design development, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, oversee technical detailing, and manage client relationships.

This role offers a unique opportunity to influence projects from concept through construction and to grow further into a senior leadership position within a supportive and forward-thinking company.You will have the chance to work on projects including small to large-scale extensions, refurbishments, and conversions, primarily within the Commercial and Healthcare sectors.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience across RIBA Stages 0-7, with a proven track record in leading architectural design, technical delivery, and client liaison.
