Anchor Inn, Hurley Common, Atherstone An exciting opportunity has become available at the Anchor Inn, a traditional village pub in the rural hamlet of Hurley Common, North Warwickshire. Situated on the main road through the village and within easy reach of Tamworth, Atherstone and Junction 10 of the M42, the pub enjoys a prominent trading position and benefits from both local trade and visitors travelling through the area. Hurley Common offers the charm of countryside living while remaining well connected to nearby towns and transport links. The Anchor offers a welcoming and versatile trading environment, with three distinct customer areas including a bar, lounge and dining space, alongside a separate games room featuring a pool table. Outside, the pub benefits from a beer garden, secure childrens play area and parking for approximately 20 vehicles, making it well placed to appeal to families, locals and passing trade alike. This is a pub with strong foundations and clear potential for growth. Personal circumstances have meant the kitchen has been closed since December 2025, however the business previously supported a food offer and generated around 30 food covers. Current sales are approximately £3,000 per week, with trade weighted towards wet sales, creating an excellent opportunity for a new operator to reintroduce food, increase frequency of visit and develop a strong seven-day trading proposition.
