HGV CLASS 2 MOFFETT DRIVER
- BIRMINGHAMPeople Solutions are currently recruiting for HGV Class 2 Moffett Drivers to join our client's growing transport operation in Birmingham, West Midlands and the surrounding areas.This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced and newly qualified drivers who are looking for stability, great earning potential, and long-term progression.Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday: Start times from 7.00amPay Rate: £18.50 per hourBenefits- Excellent hourly rates (PAYE – holidays accrued separately)- Ongoing work with full training and support- Weekly pay- New passes moffett accepted- Immediate starts available- Company discounts after qualifying period- Staff canteen and free site parking- Employee well-being programmeDay-to-Day Duties- Safely operate and drive Class 2 vehicles to and from delivery locations- Delivery to all types of companies but mostly building sites- Complete loading and unloading tasks with care and accuracy- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects to management- Adhere to all traffic laws and road safety regulations- Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and site staffEssential Skills- Valid UK Category C Licence- Valid Moffett Certificate- Valid UK CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card- No more than six penalty points for minor offences (no IN, DR, DD, CD codes)- Reliable, professional, and punctual- Good communication and customer service skills- Understanding of road safety and compliance.Desirable Experience- Previous commercial or multi-drop delivery experience- Experience handling large or bulky goods- Good customer interaction and service skillsTraining- Industry-related training provided and ongoing support and development throughout your assignmentApply Now: If you're ready to join a respected logistics business offering strong pay, flexibility, and genuine opportunities for growth, apply today by clicking the link below or contact our recruitment team for more information. xwwtmva People Solutions do not charge any of their candidates any fees or request deposits at any stage of the recruitment process.
